OpenLearning, Japan プライバシーポリシー

株式会社ネットラーニング（以下「当社」といいます。）は、OpenLearning, Japan（以下「本サービス」といいます。）を運営していく上で、個人情報の性格と重大性を深く認識し、当社が適正に取得した個人情報に関して、以下のプライバシーポリシーに従い、個人の人格尊重の理念の下に慎重に取扱うとともに、個人情報の保護に努めます。なお、本プライバシーポリシーにおいて用いられる用語については、別段の定めがない限り、「OpenLearning, Japan 利用規約」に定める用語と同一の意義を有するものとします。

第１条　個人情報の取得と利用
当社は利用目的を明確にした上で個人情報を取得し、目的の範囲内に限り、個人情報を利用します。利用目的は個人情報管理台帳上に明示し、個人情報を取扱う各部門の部門個人情報管理責任者の責任において、利用目的を逸脱した利用が行われないための確認手順を設け、実施します。また、利用目的の範囲を超えて個人情報の利用を行わないよう、社内の管理体制の整備及び安全管理措置を講じます。

第２条　個人情報の管理と保護
個人情報の管理は、厳重に行うこととします。なお、当社が業務の一部を委託している親会社（弊社発行済株式を100％保有）である株式会社ネットラーニングホールディングスへ、個人情報を開示します。その他、ご承諾いただいた場合を除き、第三者に対しデータを開示・提供することはいたしません。

第３条　法令・規範の遵守
当社は、当社が保有する個人情報の取扱いに関して適用される法令、国が定める指針及びその他の規範を遵守します。

第４条　問合せ・苦情への対応
当社は、保有する個人情報に対するお問い合せや苦情に対して、受付、対応の体制と手順を整備し、迅速に対応します。

第５条　個人情報保護管理体制および仕組みの継続的改善
当社は、個人情報保護に関する管理の体制と仕組みについて継続的改善を実施します。

OpenLearning, Japanにおける個人情報の取り扱いについて

当社は、会員が本サービスを利用することを通じて、当社が取得する「利用者情報」（OpenLearning, Japan 利用規約第２条「用語の定義」に規定する会員の個人情報の総称）を、以下の通り取り扱うこととします

1.利用者情報の適正な取得
当社は、利用者情報を、適正かつ公正な手段により取得します。

2.取得する利用者情報
本サービスにおいて当社が取得する利用者情報は、以下の通りとなります。
(1)会員登録情報
会員が本サービスを利用するために、利用申込みをする際に登録フォームに入力した登録情報になります。ご登録いただく情報は以下の通りです。
1.メールアドレス
2.表示名（本サービス内で通常使われる呼称、ニックネームにあたるもの）
3.氏名
4.住所（国名、都道府県名まで）
5.最終学歴
6.性別
7.誕生年（西暦）
(2)投稿情報（講座受講期間中に登録いただく情報）
サロンへの投稿、課題への回答、相互採点における採点内容及びコメント、その他講座受講において受講者が提出した提出物等。
(3)集計情報（会員登録情報および投稿情報から集計される情報）
会員登録情報および投稿情報から集計される情報です。主なものは以下の通りです。
1.講座受講の進捗状況
2.講座受講における成績情報
(4)ウェブサイト上での行動履歴
会員が本サービスを利用するにあたり自動的に収集される情報です。主なものは以下の通りです。
1.ウェブサイトのアクセスログもしくはそれに準ずるもの（アクセスしたURL、または講座内容等を表示したウェブページの参照順または参照時間、および情報端末において生成または蓄積された情報、Cookie情報等）
2.講座に含まれる動画の視聴履歴

3.利用目的
当社は、取得した利用者情報の利用目的は以下の通りです。
(1)ご本人確認、本サービスの提供に付帯関連した会員へのご連絡の実施のため
(2)本サービスの品質改善等に向けたアンケート調査の実施、新たなサービス等の企画開発、ニーズ調査等の業務実施のため
(3)本サービスにおいて提供する講座の適切な運営、受講者のサポート、推奨する講座等の情報提供および実授業との連携のため
(4)オンライン教育の発展、学術研究、広報活動、システムの改善実施のため

4.会員個人情報の講座提供者等への提供
当社は、取得した会員の個人情報を以下の通り講座提供者等へ提供する場合があることにつき、会員はあらかじめ同意するものとします。
(1)提供する会員の個人情報
上記２に記載の会員登録情報、投稿情報、集計情報、行動履歴
(2)提供する第三者の範囲
1.講座提供者

(3)提供先における利用者情報の利用目的
上記３に記載の利用目的に同じ

5.第三者への提供
当社は、取得した利用者情報を、上記4の場合、および個人情報保護法第23条第1項または第4項による場合以外は、会員の同意を得ることなく第三者へ提供いたしません。

6.業務の委託
当社は、業務の全部または一部を委託し、当該業務委託先に対して必要な範囲で利用者情報を提供する場合があります。この場合、個人情報を適正に取り扱っていると認められているものを委託先として選定し、契約等により個人情報保護に必要な事項を義務付け、適切な監督を行います。

7.開示等の手続き
当社は、会員本人からの個人情報の開示・訂正・利用停止・削除等のお問い合わせに対応いたします。
なお、ご来社頂いてのお申し出はお受けいたしかねますので、予めご了承くださいますようお願いいたします。

NetLearning, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “The Company") is deeply aware of the profound nature of personal information in operating OpenLearning, Japan (hereinafter referred to as “The Service"). The Company will carefully handle the personal information properly obtained in accordance with the following privacy policy and will strive to protect personal information under the principle of respecting the individual's personality. Unless otherwise specified, terms used in this Privacy Policy shall have the same meaning as those defined in the "OpenLearning, Japan Terms of Use".

Article 1, Obtaining and using the personal information
The Company will acquire and use personal information only after clarifying the purpose of use, only within the scope of business purposes. The purpose of use shall be clearly stated in the administrative document for personal information management. A confirmation procedure shall be established and implemented to ensure that personal information is not used for purposes that deviate from the purpose of use under the responsibility of the personal information manager of each department handling the personal information. In addition, the Company shall establish an internal management system and take due safety control measures to ensure that personal information is not used beyond the scope of the purpose of use.

Article 2, Administration and protection of personal information
Personal information shall be strictly managed and administered. We will disclose the personal information acquired to Net Learning Holdings Inc., our parent company (100% owner of our outstanding shares), to which we outsource part of our business. We will not disclose or provide data to third parties unless we have received your consent to do so.

We will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, national guidelines, and other rules regarding the handling of personal information we have acquired for business purposes.

We have established a system and due procedures for receiving and responding to inquiries and complaints about the personal information we have acquired for business purposes and will respond promptly to such inquiries and complaints.

The Company will handle "user information" (a generic term for personal information of members as defined in Article 2 "Definition of Terms" of the OpenLearning, Japan User Provisions) acquired by the Company through the use of the Service by members as follows.

This is information that is automatically collected when members use the Service. The main types of information are as follows:
1.Website access log or the equivalent (Accessed URLs or the order or time of reference to web pages displaying course content, etc., and information generated or stored by the computer, cookie information, etc.)
2.Access history to the videos included in the courses provided

3. Purpose of Use
The Company will use the acquired user information for the following purposes:
(1) To confirm user identity and to contact the member about providing the Service.
(2) To conduct questionnaire surveys to improve the quality of the service, plan and develop new services, and conduct needs assessments.
(3) To appropriately administer courses offered through the Service, support students, provide information on recommended courses, etc., and link with actual classes
(4) For the development of online education, academic research, public relations activities, and system improvements

4. Provision of Personal Information of Registered Users to Learning Providers, etc.
Members agree in advance that the Company may provide the acquired personal information to course providers, etc., as follows:
(1) The personal information to be provided
Registration information, posting information, aggregate information, and activity history of members, as described in 2. above.
(2) Scope of third parties receiving the information

5. Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties
We will not provide to any third party the user information acquired for business without the consent of the member, except in the cases described in 4 above, or in accordance with Article 23, Paragraph 1 or Paragraph 4 of the Personal Information Protection Law.

6. Outsourcing
We may outsource all or part of our operations and provide user information to such outsourced companies to the extent necessary. In such cases, we will select contractors that are recognized as handling personal information appropriately, and we will require them to take necessary measures to protect personal information through contracts or other means and will supervise them appropriately.

7. Items Regarding Procedures for Information Disclosure
We will respond to inquiries from members regarding the disclosure, correction, suspension of use, deletion, etc. of their personal information.
